Old mill for sale

A Grade-II listed mill building is up for sale in Chichester Harbour through joint auctioneers Henry Adams and Clive Emson.

The building dates back to the 18th century and is currently being used as a store. However, it has the potential to be converted into a restaurant or even a home or boutique hotel, according to the sellers.
